By accessing or using MangaPlay Studio (the "Service"), whether through the website at mangaplay.studio or the Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

MangaPlay Studio is a browser-based tool that transforms plain-text scripts into visual manga storyboards and screenplay layouts. The Service runs entirely in your browser. There are no user accounts, no server-side storage of your work, and no subscription fees at this time.

Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use MangaPlay Studio for personal and commercial creative projects. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service beyond what applicable law permits.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of any scripts, storyboards, or other creative work you produce using MangaPlay Studio. The Service does not claim any rights over your content. Your work stays on your device or in your Google Drive; it is never transmitted to our servers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MangaPlay Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pistol Taeja @ Absolutely Skint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
