What to include

For bug reports, the browser and operating system you're on, what you were doing when it broke, and a screenshot if you have one will get you a faster answer. For Chrome extension issues, the version number (visible in chrome://extensions) helps narrow down what's running.

For privacy and data requests covered by our privacy policy — deletion, access, export — mention which feature you used (web app, Google Docs extension, or both) so we know which data stores to check.

Response time

Mangaplay Studio is built and maintained by one person. Expect a reply within a few working days, sometimes longer when a new chapter of Enemy of the State is in production. Critical bug reports and privacy requests are prioritised over feature suggestions.
